When you place an order, your details (name, email, delivery address, phone number, and order summary) are securely stored in Google Firebase (Firestore Database), hosted on Google Cloud servers within the EU/UK region.

This data is used solely to process your order. It is not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. Firebase is protected by Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure.

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe's secure servers. We never see or store your card number.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

We retain your order data for up to 12 months for order fulfilment and legal record-keeping purposes. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems.
